The Aliya Program supports new olim, who are residing in absorption centers, during
their first year in Israel. Established in 2008, the program provides opportunities and
tools to help new olim overcome barriers and integrate successfully, both personally
and as a family, into Israeli society.
The Process:

 Identifying and recruiting families suitable for the program.
 Creating a plan tailored to each family’s individual needs.
 Defining long-term and short-term goals based on the tailored plan.
 Building motivation and developing necessary tools to address future
challenges.
 Conducting assessment meetings to ensure the families’ progress.
