About the Program:
Following the tragic events of October 7th, Ofakim became a ghost town. The streets were
empty, and families bore the weight of the tragedy. Many civilians and security personnel lost
their lives protecting the city. The resulting fear, anxiety, and discouragement led to a
widespread state of depression, significantly impacting the city’s economic health. Our
program aims to restore hope and economic stability by empowering local businesses and
fostering community resilience.
Our program supports business owners in Ofakim by connecting them with professional
business consultants. These consultants help owners overcome the recent crisis they faced,
grow their businesses, and thrive.
Services include:
* Providing tools and strategies for success
* Developing tailored business plans
* Offering individual and family support
* Facilitating group sessions with other business owners
* Conducting brainstorming sessions
* Hosting motivational lectures, and more
We are in the process of expanding the program to the cities of Netivot and Sderot as well.
