“Safe Haven” is a “One – Stop – Shop” comprehensive support program designed for
households facing debt and undergoing debt collection processes. It offers a pathway to
financial recovery and a fresh start. Participants in the program will undergo a financial
assessment, after which they will be guided through a tailored process to improve their
financial management skills.
Following this initial assessment, families will proceed to a credit underwriting process. The
“Ogen” organization will assist in negotiating with creditors to settle debts, potentially
eliminating part or all of the debt, and replacing it with a 40,000-shekel loan, featuring 0%
interest and a 5-year repayment plan.
Program Principles:
1. One-on-one support with a professional mentor.

2. Progress will be tracked with clear goals, evaluated at the start, midpoint, and
conclusion of the process.
3. Up to 15 meetings per family.
